Apparently so are you. Obama and Biden halted testing for H1N1, there excuse was the government had already confirmed there was an epidemic but the real problem was their testing was messed up.

In late July, the CDC abruptly advised states to stop testing for H1N1 flu, and stopped counting individual cases. The rationale given for the CDC guidance to forego testing and tracking individual cases was: why waste resources testing for H1N1 flu when the government has already confirmed there's an epidemic?

It was so bad they told many people they had H1N1 when in fact they didn't which led them to advise people that unless you had a lab confirmed case to get the vaccine when it came out.

With most cases diagnosed solely on symptoms and risk factors, the H1N1 flu epidemic may seem worse than it is. For example, on Sept. 22, this alarming headline came from Georgetown University in Washington D.C.: "H1N1 Flu Infects Over 250 Georgetown Students."

H1N1 flu can be deadly and an outbreak of 250 students would be an especially troubling cluster. However, the number of sick students came not from lab-confirmed tests but from "estimates" made by counting "students who went to the Student Health Center with flu symptoms, students who called the H1N1 hotline or the Health Center's doctor-on-call, and students who went to the hospital's emergency room."

It was so badly managed that Ron Klain who currently advises Biden on health matters and served as his chief of staff in 2009 said last year of the H1N1 outbreak:

You put all that together with what Biden said when Trump shut down travel to and from China:

Biden quickly attacked what he called Trump's "record of hysteria, xenophobia and fear-mongering" after the travel restrictions were announced, and argued that Trump "is the worst possible person to lead our country through a global health emergency."

Yuppers we'd been sitting ducks if Biden had been in charge. It's no wonder Trump just gets flustered, he's way out ahead of them in the testing department, he's done everything right and all he ever gets in return is roadblocks thrown in his path and dirty underhanded tactics like only reporting positive cases to make the epidemic seem worse than it is, run, run everybody it's transmitting to everyone, hide in your house, destroy the economy, your life, your livelihood because the corona is gonna get ya.

I do take this virus very seriously but it shouldn't be being used as a political pawn, he's given everyone everything they have asked for that is within his power to achieve and all they can do is make accusations that if only someone else was in charge things would be better but that someone else has already shown that not to be true.....so yeah I see where he was coming from, I think we've all been there in our life over something where we just get tired and mutter to ourselves what's the use no amount of explaining will make them see he's doing a better job than the last administration and the reason why he could say such but acknowledges to himself it's useless.
