Yeah she was way out of line, she's only digging herself in deeper by trying to find a way to excuse her behavior. Her deep seated bigotry and obvious blatant racism is rooted in the culture of such that has plagued Mississippi for decades, from what I've read there's very little recourse for people like her so she feels confident in her blatancy, what a shame.
