It's amazing the stuff they try and pull. According to what I was reading on it last night a judge does not have that kind of authority in this regard and he's already had complaints filed against him. It's been speculated that what they are up to is trying to get Trump to issue a pardon of Flynn whereas they can then "save face" by claiming the case was never dropped because he was set up it's only because Trump intervened by pardon.
