Every few days I go and write down the numbers for each country and add any new countries the virus has shown up in. On 3/11/20 the day you claim SK had no more than 150 cases reported since.. according to my recording on 3/10/20 they had 10,450. Today if you look at the covid tracker their count stands at 10,991. So those additional cases came since 3/11/20 and that's way more than the 150 cases you trotted out.

Though SK has one of the best diagnostic test cabilities set up in the entire Asian region testing is not what's saving them as you can do all the testing in the world but if you don't have a cure your death rate would still be higher. (which I'd also like to point out that at one time SK had the highest rate of infections behind China, of course they would as the virus hit them harder at first being geographically located and failure to shut down travel from China for fear of intimidating their largest supplier, on 3/11/20 the US had only 755 cases) So why is it that SK has a lower death rate?....it's not because of testing it's because they rank 53 in countries when compared to age of older people, that is their population of older people is 18.5% of the population. Twenty percent of the cases in SK are of those sixty and older, thirty percent of their cases are those in their twenties, and of the cases in SK sixty two percent are in woman who statistically have been shown to survive this virus over their male counterparts.

Doctors aren't out here testing people who are not showing symptoms, neither is SK. There's no mandate to get tested in SK. People feeling ill and start producing symptoms they go get tested...but like stated above the end results isn't because they got tested it's depends on a whole lot of other factors whether they survive or not. Go ahead and pick up the phone, call your local test hot line and let's see you get a test....it ain't going to happen if you are not showing symptoms, they are going to tell you as much, no symptoms no test....in that regard those who are carriers without symptoms are left to spread it all over the place, which is exactly what happened in SK when some guy went to different night clubs and infected eighty people. Now those people because of exposure will likely be tested and quarantined. There are other factors also that play into this, such as the SK people have been through this before so when they go on a first alert status they know what that entails and they immediately do what asked to do they don't sit around arguing about wearing a mask being part of government overreach, they don't argue that staying at home is a breech of their constitutional rights, they just don't cordon off public places they also continually sanitize them. What you are trying to do is compare apples to oranges and it doesn't work well here.

Before you come on wanting to accuse someone of being an anatomy of disinformation I would highly recommend you take and dissect what your are going to be saying in comparative relativity.
