Basically when it comes to modern or industrialized countries it's fantasy. It's never going to happen on a long term basis, even the Attorney General said that the other night on television. In the current crisis we are in he was asked what he thought of people getting an immunity card to return to work. The immunity card wouldn't obviously mean the individual got a vaccination because there isn't one, what the card would state is that the individual was tested for covid and it showed they had it thereby they have developed antibodies against the disease. The attorney general said that on a short term interim basis to protect public health this may be a viable option but he'd be very concerned about the boundaries of such a program being more than a short term solution. Meaning once a vaccine is developed and people can opt to be protected such a program would no longer be tolerated. After all if people opt not to get a vaccine they face the consequences of their choices but at that point will no longer be considered a health crisis that would over whelm medical facilities and their careless behavior might result in their own deaths but not thousands of others as the others will have chosen to be vaccinated.

There is a lot of miss truths in what Robert Kennedy had to say when you take the context in whole. Like this statement on India:

In 2014, the Gates Foundation funded tests of experimental HPV vaccines, developed by GSK and Merck, on 23,000 young girls in remote Indian provinces. Approximately 1,200 suffered severe side effects, including autoimmune and fertility disorders. Seven died. Indian government investigations charged that Gates funded researchers committed pervasive ethical violations: pressuring vulnerable village girls into the trial, bullying parents, forging consent forms, and refusing medical care to the injured girls. The case is now in the country’s Supreme Court.

I looked into it and it did go before the courts, some of the claims couldn't be substantiated, especially the infertility claims. The seven deaths involved were where like one girl drowned, that had nothing to do with the vaccine, the way they track vaccine deaths is sort of weird...it requires doctors to report any deaths of people who they have vaccinated but that doesn't mean they necessarily died as a result of the vaccine. Until they adjust the way the reporting is done these wild rumors will never stop. Another girl died because she killed herself. The SC of India ruled that technically there could have been a con-causal effect but without a study/studies it couldn't definitely rule the vaccine caused her death. The SC of India also ruled that the way they went about getting approval had to be improved upon, parental consent had to be part of the vaccination program and written in language clear enough for parents to understand. Outside of that there was no judgement against the foundation who ran the vaccination program or Bill Gates, they still run the program and Bill Gates still provides funding to the organization for the vaccination program.

In countries under debate of the polio vaccination programs that gets a bit trickier. It's one of those damn if you do and damned if you don't situations. In the end all those who did get the vaccine driven polio would have gotten the wild virus polio eventually meaning the end result was the same. The problem stems from the fact that in many of these countries they don't have the same sanitation practices and in many area's the requirements for storage, or medical staff/facilities to administer the same vaccine for polio they have in modernized societies. Those vaccines are injected requiring administration by some one with knowledge to do so, some vaccines also require refrigeration. These are things not readily available in some regions of the world. The only alternative is giving them oral vaccines of the live virus which requires repeatedly giving them the virus. The downfall to this is that any live virus can mutate and many of these communities don't have proper sanitation at hand, meaning if they are getting their water from the same source that may become contaminated from sewage waste, that live virus given to them orally is discharged through bodily waste into the water source where it can mutate and infect them. That's called a vaccine driven infection. What started out as a good intention ended up in the end to produced the same result, people got polio from the live virus from the vaccine, as bad as it sounds if they had tried nothing at all they'd still ended up getting polio just it would have been the wild virus polio. So now they stop doing it and go back to the drawing board. As researchers it really must suck to think you've found a solution only to find out in the end the solution wasn't any better than if they'd done nothing at all.

Where they get that national ID to show vaccine runs along the same line as what I just said. In many countries that are not modernized people don't have immunization records kept. In the US you just call where ever you got your vaccine(s) and they can provide proof of immunization if you lose your card. In third world countries this is impossible in most regions. Many people move around for varying reasons in third world countries, could be war, famine, etc. So as not to have people getting immunized if they've already been inoculated would be to have a chip inserted that no matter where they go they would have a record of their immunizations. Many of these people get vaccinated as children, they may become separated from their parents or their parents may have died leaving the children not knowing what they've been vaccinated against, even as adults if it's inquired if they've ever had all the vaccinations.

So you see a lot of this is trying to find solutions to problems that most people will never understand are a direct result of varying degrees of differences in how we live our lives compared to many millions of others around the world. What works for us doesn't necessarily mean it will work for them. Finding solutions is never going to be a perfect end game but they will never get to that perfect game unless they try, giving up does far greater harm then moving forward. You have got to have a great deal of love in your heart to want to reach out to every improvised child ravaged by disease in some remote location somewhere in the world that many of us don't even stop for a moment to consider they are starving let alone ravaged by diseases. The really sad part of this is there is no lack of individuals willing to latch onto the failures/solutions and run with them for their own personal agenda. It's bad enough that the majority of the modernized world moves about completely oblivious to what goes on in improvised countries but it's absolutely appalling that some will try and knock down the very few willing to find solutions.
