We don't have the same problem here yet that the other side of the state is having. Yesterday there were quite a few people upset on the local blog because they want to transfer covid patients from the other side of the state over here where's they still bed space. I thought why aren't they transferring them closer where she works if they only have fifty patients but maybe because they are expecting that area to get hit hard soon. I went to the doctor a couple weeks ago and it was hard to even get them to see me as my foot and lower leg was in a lot of pain. When I got to the doctors office there was hardly any cars there and all the other offices in the building were closed. There was a girl sitting all geared up outside the office door who asked you why you were there and if you had an appointment before letting you proceed but she acted like she was half bored out of her head. They assumed I had compressed nerves in my foot and said they could send me to the hospital for an xray but I opted not to go near the hospital. It just seems to me that if this was all a hoax then all the dentist and orthodontist offices in that building never friended other medical professionals whereas they'd associate with each other or they are all in on this together which wouldn't make a lick of sense considering the thousands of dollars a day they are losing being closed down. My son needed an inhaler as he has asthma, his doctors office told him he'd have to go be tested for covid first so he ended up calling the med center to see if they'd prescribe an inhaler for him. I mean really, come on now, he has had asthma his whole life and he should know whether he needs an inhaler because he's sick or just because his asthma is acting up. When he got to the med center no one was in there, the nurse said people are scared to death to come near medical facilities. I was surprised you could so easily walk in there, you'd think with so many people being infected they'd want to know you weren't sick before entering.
