That reminds me of one night walking my dog shortly after I had gotten him. There was a guy sleeping on a bench in the park, at first I didn't see them there as the bench is located down a small path to the basketball court and we were walking towards it with it facing backwards to us. My dog just started pulling me that way quick like and when he got around the front of the bench he let out a growl that sounded more like a grizzly bear that scared the living daylights out of that guy waking him up from his sleep, I thought the guy was going to jump over the back of the bench but by the time he's stood up enough on the bench to try and get away from his grizzly attacker he realized it was just a dog. I felt really bad laughing but the dog is so harmless....well at least until something moves in the dark he's more than willing to let you know it's there. The man who so petrified over it I kept apologizing over it.

There was another time many years back when I had a dalmation, we were walking up the sidewalk and one of my neighbors had a big pine tree in their yard by the sidewalk so I didn't see this guy approaching us on a bike but my dog sure did, next thing I know the dogs doing a leaping jump into the air and knocks the dude and bike over. I mean that dog could leap, it was the leaping champion of just about anything you try to use to block her from getting in the living room and sleeping on the couch. Another time we were at a park and went down a small embankment where a picnic table sat along the river. It was well covered by trees and overgrowth so nobody really saw us down there. I had put a blanket over the table and we were laying on top of the table when all of a sudden someone who didn't realize there was another dog around was letting there dog run loose, the dog came down that embankment and my dog did a leaping fly through the air right on top of the dog charging at us. Luckily the owner wasn't to far behind her dog and got it to come back to her before harm came to either one of them. I had that dog for fourteen years and we practically went everywhere together, I swear she understood every word I ever spoke to her.
