Isn't this the exact same type of "fishing expedition" ("witch hunt") the Trump's constantly getting morally outraged about?
You must be under some ill conceived notion that I didn't go on my own fishing expedition trying to find if there was any truth underneath the accusations against Trump, I did and what I found was quite disturbing to say the least. What I came away with disheartened me as I realized there actually was an avenue of reality to it all. To be honest if Durham doesn't come down with the evidence to prove otherwise I'll never be able to wash that notion away. So far all that we have been given are that investigations have been opened and any day now type stuff. Then when they do find someone guilty on the left they always escape prosecution. A recent example would be what happened with McCabe the other day. I did my due diligence when it came to the accusations against Trump and his merry lot of nitwits just as I have with Joe Biden and his merry lot of nitwits. Just as the pieces fell together with Trump the pieces also fall together concerning Joe Biden, to be honest much more so openly. No to the only thing I have is a bank statement. It's pretty hard to put the pieces together of what Giuliani has been investigating since 2018 in short interview segments on television, you can't tell the whole story in any given fifteen minute segment. That's why people like David here love to say he showed up on some news show raving about all sorts of stuff that didn't make any sense, which I agree it doesn't but that doesn't mean it isn't when taken in the context of the whole. You simply can't explain every aspect of evidence acquired in a fifteen minute interview. That bank deposit I talk about comes along with a paper trail of evidence that follows it through off shore shell companies before reaching the US. Giuliani's persistence in this matter has finally paid off, there has now been an avenue created for him to turn the evidence over to the justice department for investigation. My personal opinion is that when you have one side who feels completely comfortable making accusations and assertions against the president, some disproved like the legitimacy of the Steel dossier and the validity of the FISA applications, that appear they have an established double standard about making the same accusations and assertions against one of their own that reeks of hypocrisy to it's upmost level, it cannot stand, it cannot be tolerated. If you are going to open investigations of potential wrong doing you open it regardless of which side the aisle it stands. I've said it several times, if the democrats had demanded investigations into Biden before proceeding to try impeach the president for the exact same thing it appears Biden did things may have went differently but you cannot try one man and leave another man seemingly guiltless of the same perceived infraction.
What the Indian tribe had to do with anything I haven't the slightest but since you brought it up it's just another prime example of a Biden escaping the long arm of the law. He was actually the vice president of the company the bonds were sold through:
However during Devon Archer’s trial in June of 2018, an old Yale classmate of Archer’s was repeatedly implicated in the scheme. According to court transcripts Archer was a longtime business partner of Hunter Biden and the pair were connected to an “to an opaque investment company, called Rosemont Seneca Bohai, LLC, which on information and belief, was affiliated with Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLP, an investment company run by Archer's friend and former college roommate, Hunter Biden.”
Rosemont was started by Archer, Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, and the heir to the Heinz ketchup empire, Christopher Heinz.
According to prosecutors at Archer’s trial, Archer and Biden were also connected to the Burnham Financial Group, “where his business partner Devon Archer — sat on the board of directors.” Biden was listed as the vice-president. Although Burnham was not named in any court proceedings, they were the alleged placement agent for the Wakpamni Lake Community Corporation tribal bond offerings.

In this article you will see where they boasted of being connected to Biden, also where one member of the tribe made the assertion that Archer and Hunters names were used to sell the bonds.
Now tell me how does a president and vice president of a company end up not knowing? Archer's sentence was even commuted in the end. This is common play among the connected, someone takes the fall then after the dust settles the other is somehow exonerated. Just one more prime example of just way to many coincidences when it comes to the Bidens.
The sad reality is that in the end the likelihood that we'll ever get to the bottom of the truth to it all seems void. They basically leave everyone arguing among themselves over stuff no one can prove, sort of a best defense is no defense situations with everyone slinging allegations left and right. More than likely designed that way to keep the masses distracted, none the less you have to move forward with the best you got unless you are willing to admit total defeat.
