Still jumping to conclusions based on ill-informed assumptions.

I was just having a discussion the other day with someone about the time I got mad a year or so ago about something on here and filed a complaint, as I was telling the story the intake worker kept asking me how does that correlate to a monetary value, then I said because I can take the crypto I earn and power it down and have it sent to me in fiat. That qualified my compliant. Somewhere that complaint is still lodged somewhere. I asked what happens next and he said they get sent out to state and federal agencies until enough complaints come across someone's desk who gets tired of seeing the same name repeatedly being complained about. I don't know about you but I'd guarantee a whole flood of complaints are going to start rolling if people on here start losing thousands or maybe even some millions of dollars especially if they weren't given an opt out period. You foreigners think you really know it all but the laws here protect investors and no one gets to gank them, as you can see in that article that includes when it comes to cryptos, that was the whole point of having the fed chairman make the determination, to many people getting ganked when it came to cryptos. I am just being wholeheartedly frank with you about the seriousness of the realities should all of a sudden thousands to millions of dollars in people's wallets suddenly deteriorate and they weren't given a choice. Even Ned wouldn't be immune from lawsuits, they could freeze his assets, they could freeze Steemits assets, they could freeze any assets in the US held by Justin Sun, they could ask China to freeze Justin's assets if he has any there. If it was determined by a court of law that people were ripped off those who filed onto the lawsuit would end up sharing in the distribution of the assets confiscated, including yours, based on the amount at stake but not guaranteed to be the full amount of loss to pay off as many complainants as possible contained within the lawsuit. You see a wallet is a wallet and it belongs to the individual(s) not Steemit as does the value contained therein. I am not trying to start trouble, I have no idea what's going to happen with this merger, it could be the best thing that ever happened to Steem or it could be the worse. I am just telling you to open you eyes and be aware so you don't find yourself blindsided if a whole lot of angry people start filing complaints with the FTC.
