Since you take a lot of pictures to go with your stories it'll be rather easy for you to see the light of what's wrong with allowing APPICS. Let's say you don't write the stories and you post your pictures one at a time each day with one sentence attached. Like you could post the picture of the old stove and write a caption that said found an old stove today, then make thirteen cents off it. A couple hours later you could post a picture of the old stove after it's been cleaned and post a caption someone else's junk is another mans treasure, make another thirteen cents off it. Then post another picture of the stove after it's operational and add a caption heat at last!, making yet another thirteen cents off it. You could even, because you are so highly mobile, go around taking pictures all day long and post them with one word to a sentence caption multiple times a day and get rewarded for it....if you would just happen to come across some hot babe you caption it with HI! and you made four dollars and fifty cents for doing it . Just how long do you think you'd survived on here? How long has anyone survived on here doing it? Look at the Socks account, posted different pictures of socks and he finally got hit with flags. Then someone says most the pictures don't make that much. That isn't the point as it's never taken much for some to gather up a nice nest of steem off doing such over time on here, once those accounts grow there isn't much they can do to stop them. Accounts that have done these things, continually abused the system with low quality efforts are the many reasons most on here have suffered the consequences of changes through the hard folks to put a stop to such efforts. Don't think once she gets there she won't as I showed them how she posted (I forget the amount but it was over ten bucks) a picture of herself sitting on a park bench with some caption about go after the things in life you want or some jargon alone that line. Her being the solider account who runs APPICS, you are rewarded by her of the money paid after she takes a cut of what your picture makes. In record breaking time she was half way to dolphin in three, four months time. First it was trotted as beautiful women posting pictures like instagram, they called them going to be "influencers" who'd bring people to steemit right down to having people over there post pictures of their dinner at the local pizzeria. I mean hey, what would you have thought if you knew that all you had to do to join steemit was walk around taking selfies/pictures all day long and posting them to make money? You'd joined because what could have been easier to make money then take pictures with your cell phone all day then post them up to make a few bucks everyday. I know I'd been over to Lake Michigan snapping pictures of hot babes all day long, then I'd hit up downtown, we're a gentification city full of growing colleges that has tons of night clubs full of beautiful women....I definitely, if I'd been allowed, wouldn't be sitting here being a minnow at someone else's good graces to make me such, I'd be way higher up than that. Those are the key words, "if I'd been allowed".....and no one up until she came along has ever been allowed...and I won't even go into explaining the discriminatory nature of rewarding women based on appearances....(and we're not talking of an established account holder who went to the beach and posted up a fun pic of herself that day)...we are talking about continually rewarding people based on their appearances rather than the so called Steemit mantra of "proof of brain". So in essence you have one set of rules for some on Steemit and a whole different set of rules for others on Steemit. As long as you use APPICS tag you can abuse the system all day long. Some want to say that's just how it is out in the world. It's only that way because it's always allowed to be that way. It's always been allowed to be rewarded someone else's promotion, someone else's job, someone gaming the system to play for pay....now here it's you have to work a whole lot harder than Ms. Fluff to get rewarded.....oh, and Ms. Fluffs followers. It's just bull crap, knocks the incentive right out of you to want to post, why should I?....I know damn well if I take a picture of myself sitting on a park bench and write an entire article on what I am pondering I'll be lucky to make a dime but I ain't getting no where near ten bucks for it. It's despicable, the APPICS tag makes my blood boil, it's been months and I still haven't managed to get over it. I am in no way being fragile, you have to know the experiences of what it's like having to fight a system like that to get ahead in this life. But that's a whole different story.
