If you look at articles written on it back when Jeff Sessions made comments that he will enforce the law despite the fact that Trump said several years back it was ridiculous it states not many companies had been following the law. I stated the other day that several years back Boeing was so desperate to get titanium that the international distributor had a written disclaimer right in their contract that stated when dealing with foreign entities to get rare minerals in the international markets that often bribes are involved. That didn't stop Boeing from signing the contract. Maybe they are thinking of tweaking the law to exempt rare minerals needed that are no longer profitable here because of regulations put in place over the environment and safety of workers involved. A lot of these materials are needed crafts for the military and airlines.
