I would say my comment was relative to the fact that I stated he knew he wasn't going to end up starting a war but on the other hand I left open that anything could be a probability, up to and including your video assertion that he done this because he is coming up for re-election. In regards to that though I would have to put that at the bottom of my list of reasoning as I think he will easily sail back into the white house after the election. You can find fault with the democrats for cementing that idea after they failed to address the video of Biden do exactly that which they accused Trump of and trying to impeach him for. I think it might have been different had they at least addressed the issue rather than just let it blow over their heads. I've seen many democrats on blogs not going to vote for democrats even though they have been lifelong democrats just based on that reasoning.

When you look at this from different viewpoints there also has to be an incredible amount of people and news organizations making million off this presidency like no other presidency before it. He just has to make one snorty sound into a microphone and they make a story out of it. You ever know anybody who would vote against their pocketbook?

My personal assessment is that this wasn't done to distract from impeachment, to win the election this was done because after containment of the vast majority of ISIS these two guys, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, the mastermind behind the financial aspects of these terrorist organizations and Soleimani, the main mastermind, joined forces to create one of the biggest organizations of terrorist groups across the middle east. It wasn't just any claims of money that Obama gave them but the fact that they had a one time worked along with all forces in the region, were renown in the region for their ability to get everyone to work alongside each other for a common cause it's just that in the end it also enabled them to expand upon that ability and in a way that wasn't for a common cause that benefited everyone anymore. Technically when you think about it what good was it to get rid of ISIS if two men afterwards came together and started a whole new string of terrorist organizations.

They all could come together to fight a common enemy, once the enemy was under control they focused back on their next in line enemy, the US, if the US left tomorrow they'd all focus back on killing each other. After two years as a moderator on a middle east blog site that's the sad lesson that I learned after being challenged by the site owner to look outside main stream media. It took me a bit to sort out all the players but in the end it was really depressing to come to the conclusion that I don't really think there is an answer for long term peace in the middle east. They just don't have the same respect that other countries have when it comes to differences in cultures, religion and politics towards each other.

I don't know if you've ever heard me say this before somewhere but oil or other natural resources isn't the middle east's most valuable commodity. It's religions and all the different cultures. If they could all get along, package and sell that there'd be no man, woman or child left penniless anywhere in the middle east. Millions of people from all over the world would love to come there and observed the many different religions and cultures there. They'd return again and again until they visited all the different area's, shared in all the different traditions. They don't need oil, they don't need natural gas, water, or any other natural resource, they sit upon the richest resource in the world, the origins of and practice of all the different religions in the world, the only thing they need is to get along, organize and throw out the welcome mat.
