You are so dry behind the ears it's almost funny. No impeachment wasn't an attempt to pull Bernie and Warren off the campaign trail. There are two more pressing issues as why impeachment occurred given the lack of evidence to support it. (Though the democrats own "legal scholar" who testified at the trial says without the house handing the file over to the senate impeachment is null and void) One reason is Biden jumped into the race four days after the president of Ukraine lost his re-election bid after months of hee hawing over it. That's because it was to form a shield to protect the democrats corruption in Ukraine concealed. This will mean that it wasn't just once, twice but the third time Biden has inserted himself into Ukrainian affairs to obscure investigations. Like I've said to you before the republicans (Nunes and Giuliani) had a huge head start and it may be impossible this time to for Biden to handle the damage control...but as these investigations unfold we will see. Two would be to distract everyone from the FISA investigation(s) and the reports findings. Like many have said while everyone was busy watching the democrats take votes Horowictz was testifying and it was damaging. This is quite often how the political game is played, they find ways to distract you so you are not paying attention to the more crucial information. That's why people often say if you want to know what they are up to look at the stuff that comes out late on a Friday or over an extended holiday time as these are the times most people are busy with their families catching up on family time to notice what they are doing.

I think Biden is falling behind in the polls because even some democrats can objectively ask themselves why is it okay to bring forth charges against one person while another not only escape any charges they aren't even questioned about it as it's as plain as day Joe Biden participated in a quid quo pro. You are wrong when you say other countries were demanding that something be done about corruption in the way you state it...yes, but they were mad, particularly Britain as they were the one's asking for the investigations, they were the one's who froze Burisma's assets, they were the one's at the UN meeting demanding action on their investigation....and when the pressure was applied and the investigations were re-opened Biden intervened again and had them shut back down by demanding the ouster of the prosecutor. Maybe you are unable to see that two plus two don't add up here but obviously according to many on the boards (blog sites) they themselves are asking exactly that question. I said this before and I'll say it again, this may have totally went into a different direction had the democrats at least opted to look into the Biden situation. Most people come to a real "duh" moment when they try and make claims of debunked conspiracies as if there has never been any investigations how can they be debunked.
