I can see this from a stand point that the country is so politically divided that in certain area's if the outcome for the left doesn't materialize we could see them taking to the streets. Outside of that on the other side of the spectrum if we find situations similar to whereas if the only avenue to reach their politicians and voice their opinions in person at meetings is continually met with being removed from the meetings then as a last resort I could see the right taking to the street but not in the same manner we'd see the left side as their chose route is often smashing, burning things but more of an organized poster holding street protest by the right....which I don't see turning violent unless Antifa shows up with cement laden milkshakes.
This country is so divided that even in California a meeting held by Schiff looked like a 50/50 split in an all out shout out that turned into some scuffling with each other. You'd think in his own district, and being California you wouldn't find anywhere where the republicans would balance out the democrats in a room, maybe a bit more so republicans, that's particularly odd and may suggest that there's a lot of democrats upset over this impeachment charade.
I don't see something like martial law being enacted out of some ill conceived self grandeur as described by Pakman, like you say I don't see where he gets that stuff, but I do think the possibility is there in certain area's of the country for rebellion, depending upon what side is doing it and to what extend would determine a call for martial law.
