I surely hope you weren't directing that at me. I didn't watch David's video on this one as I had already seen that whole segment on tv. I heard what the man said. Not only from personal knowledge but the well know established facts published that it's common knowledge that illegal immigrants live multiple families to a household. In New York the trash issue would be problematic as a landlord, whose intent is to profit off renting, would notice a sudden increase in the amount of trash not just by the visibility of it but by the amount of increases to keep the dumpsters empty that he'd get billed for as most apartment buildings in New York are multiple units connected together that keeping individual trash cans for each unit would be near impossible in the number of trash cans that would be required let alone the issue of the scope of space that would be needed. If a landlord is paying to have a weekly pickup then all of a sudden started getting cited for having trash built up around those dumpsters he's going to wonder what's up with that and where is all the additional trash coming from.
