Like I often say you should research stuff before you broadcast. CSPAN is copyrighted material...meaning you cannot use it's feed. CSPAN is funded by the cable networks that's why they have a right to broadcast the coverage. Yes hearings are funded by your tax dollars and I assume if you go there you may be able to watch or record video of your own (as I don't know what rules apply in that manner) but CSPAN is not in the public domain as it is privately non profit funded through cable providers and the content is copyrighted.
