Impressive. Beautiful vase also. I stopped by a garage sale a couple summers back to ask if they were selling this kids ride on toy sitting there. They said no they were done, as I was returning to my car I happen to look down at a box they had sat on the curb. I pulled an all silver Asian (as I am not sure what language the print on bottom is) tea kettle out of it they had thrown out. To me the thing was really cool looking so I took it home, cleaned it up with some toothpaste and meant to go get some silver cleaner to get down into some of the finer details but sat it on a shelf and it's pretty much been sitting there outside of a couple days spent online trying to find it's origin. The knob that opens the top is missing but it has a lot of character, at least I thought so. There are some online that are worth money but you really have to know more about where it originated to pin it's value. I just figured someday if silver spikes I can always sell it as it's quite heavy. Outside of that I'd need someone who knows how to read Asian to find out where it came from.
