Herein lays the problem:

Fox News’ latest poll was conducted with “1,003 randomly chosen registered voters nationwide.”

If they were randomly chosen that means it's highly likely fifty one percent were registered democrats. This shouldn't surprise us as Fox News polls consistently showed Hillary the winner in the 2016 election. This is why one should view these polls with skepticism.
