There is such a law. The law exist to protect whistle blowers so this whistle blower who really isn't a whistle blower by definition of the law is protected the same as any whistle blower as all whistle blowers...not just one's filing something on Trump are considered endangered. He even states at the beginning of the video that such a law exist. So this whistle blower is no more endangered than Chelsea Manning or any other whistle blower but he has to hype it as such to fit his agenda.
