You'll have to get up a whole lot earlier to weed out the facts. Which are:

Two months prior to Hunter Biden being hired by Burisma Holdings the UK files a request for information as they were investigating money laundering against the company.

After the request Ukrainian prosecutors opened an investigation-supposedly the case was assigned to Shokin and others as Shokin was NOT the chief prosecutor at the time. Meaning he was taking directions from his boss.

Then Hunter Biden gets hired to the board of Burisma Holdings and then the case gets idled through the rest of 2014 going into 2015.

In Dec 2014 US officials send a letter warning Ukrainian prosectors of negative consequences if it failed to assist the UK.

There's nothing that states why the head prosecutor left but Shokin becomes the chief prosecutor in Feb of 2015.

The UK freezes the assets of the company in 2015 but ultimately is ordered by a judge to release them as they haven't gotten anything back from Ukrainian to justify reasons for holding.

That leads the US to step up it's critism during a speech that accused officials UNDER Shokin of not doing enough. Shokin was the chief prosecutor who ordered the deputy chief prosecutor Kasko to get the investigation under way.

Kasko then retires, siting corruption and lawlessness in the prosecutors office. (he may have been forced out for lack of carrying out his duties but we'll never know without a investigation)

Shokin moves forward with the investigation, which Hunter Biden was going to be brought in for questioning (be noted that at that point that was all it was going to be was questioning, no allegations or charges were being sought against anyone at Burisma at that time) when Joe Biden shows up and makes his threat.

Obama's remarks there was no conflict of interest involving sending Joe Biden there as Hunter Biden is working there as a private citizen. (There's clearly a conflict of interest here which also needs to be investigated)

So yes it's very questionable as to how Hunter showed up and the investigation was stopped. Once the investigation is moving again it's also questionable why Joe shows up and gets the chief prosecutor removed, the same chief prosecutor who started the initial investigation under orders from his old boss.

So this isn't laying just on the shoulders of Shokin, the strings were pulled on the investigation prior to him being able to be the one to initial pull the first string as he was not the chief prosecutor assigning orders...he was taking them, which he did until a Biden showed up in the picture. Ironically it also took another Biden to pull another string out from underneath him when he restarts his initial investigation that he was ordered by his boss to do....and that needs investigating as it's to much of a coincidence that when the Biden name becomes involved both times the investigations under Shokin are hampered. Shokin wasn't the problem here, the Bidens were. There's a reason they wanted Shokin removed and that pretty much looks like taking this investigation into a more favorable path to hiding the corruption that was involved and who was involved with it. I highly doubt the UK was wrong in their suspicions, a country doesn't freeze foreign company assets without good cause and it needs to be determined why the Bidens felt so compelled to have this investigation moved in a direction more to their liking.
