Yes I said there is no intention of locking people into concentration camps, Trump toured homeless "encampments" on the streets. What the talk has been is that since any government owned property that is sitting idle can be used by cities/states to grant homeless people a place to camp on there is talk of setting up what they call sprung tents on these properties. People can go request a sprung tent (don't ask me what a sprung tent is) and go spring them up on these vacant properties. All that does is give them a place besides the sidewalks to camp, there is no fence, no locking people in, nothing like that. There is also talk of providing a place where people can go get a health assessment to see if they have been exposed to typhus or other communicable diseases while living homeless.

People in the US are not going to allow the locking up of homeless people. Basically this is probably a question that needs to be asked: What to do about homeless people clogging up the streets besides dishing out more money to failed programs that are not working, if they were working the homeless population wouldn't continue to grow. All's this is asking is what other viable alternatives are there...one of those would be to give them a place to go set up a tent other than a street, sidewalk, underpass, and give them free access to health assessment.
