Warren is doing just as much distraction, if she wasn't she would be backing the current administrations attempts to level the playing field on trade/imports, which would prompt a lot more companies to do business closer to home creating less dependence on fossil fuels to transport products across the globe. Instead she is busy bad mouthing the current administrations so called trade wars. It can be the light bulbs fault, the straws fault, the corporations fault, but it can never be globalization's fault. It's even worded right into the world trade agreement, "nothing can stand in the way of globalization including environmental impacts".
