Equity does not discriminate against anybody. Why? Because no one is ever going to get one hundred percent, including white men now a days. Someone, no matter what gender or race is going to get left behind, maybe that's still disproportionate in some people's views but it isn't so narrowly focused to one's side advantage anymore. Yes there's still room for adjustment, improvement but reaching a one hundred percent status of equity is never going to happen spread over all spectrum's of society. What some would deem the cause as racist simple falls flat on it's head, it was/is discrimination based on victim-hood with women being the first since the beginning of time, discriminated against for being the weaker of the two sexes, forced to comply to the whims of men but nobody see's that as the calls for discrimination isn't compelling enough to expunge themselves for their own reverse racism, hatred and discrimination's. What they fail to want to encapsulate is that this/these behaviors isn't exculpatory to any given group throughout history, they are all just as guilty of perpetrating discrimination/prejudices upon their own or similar groups in any given region of the world, it's just the nature of the beast regardless and/or without consideration of the circumstance(s). Laying the blame solely upon the shoulders of white males is two fold, it deflects away from their own ills and the white males have the means for reparations, which, in my opinion, essentially says we are all capable of inhumanity toward our other human beings but your group must pay for yours or take extraordinary measures to make a right regardless of any other extenuating circumstances. Without going into hours of complex intricate details there are plenty of reasons
for vindications for many perceived wrongs but acknowledging that would lay the blame upon themselves, something that is often inconceivable for some to want admit. I am not saying that applies to every single accusation brought against white men but it is openly debatable to be proven more true then not for many occasions.

We do live in a patriarchy or as conceivably as close to that old standard still exist in men's minds, the feminist movement has eased that burden but it primarily still exist. That is why men die the most, (and at earlier ages then women) are incarcerated the most and are addicted the most, if the numbers have increased over the years it's not anything brought on by feminism but by globalism, the lost of jobs and wages diminishing their capability to sustain themselves let alone a family. Even in today's world men are still looked upon as the main load barer of the family unit. Some men find it particularly easy just to walk off and say to hell with it, others may resort to crime, yet others will literally give up on life and kill themselves while some will just resort to easing the pain through addiction which may ultimately even lead to a life of homelessness and crime. I can't speak for Canada and what goes on there but mainly here in the US homeless shelters were once exclusively geared towards these men who became incapable of handling the burdens of life. During that same period of time places where women could go where a few mostly limited to those suffering from domestic violence. As more women found themselves entering into the workforce as single mothers who became unable to carry a full load the need arose here to address the problem of a lack of places for women and children to go. Can the argument be made that there are more programs now geared towards the needs of women then men? I'd say yes because children are often involved and they take priority over the needs of men. Is that fair and balanced?....is anything in life?

So now a bunch of women don pink pussy hats and the whole world is going to hell in a hand basket. These same nut jobs didn't have any qualms in the world with a president who gave head in the white house and had a trail of rape accusations against him but now they want to scream #METOO! while totally ignoring the other equations that play into the scenario, selective blame. Let's go back to my comment you found interesting

I find it's always way easier for men to come up with these work related analogy's.

Probably was a late night and I didn't want to dive into it...but lets the work fore is dominated by gay males and there's a movement about that has brought change and you along with a couple of other straight guys are forced integrated into the gay work force environment. They really don't want you there so they are going to try and make life unbearable for you by giving you the worse jobs, some nights you end up waiting for an assignment as you are new and nothing in the way of a permanent posting has come your way, someone doesn't show up for work on a two man job so your boss tells them to go over and grab one of the two newcomers whereas they look you up and down like a slab of meat they holler I'll take the blonde, while you are bending over stacking his parts in a bin he has no problem grunting and growling at you, maybe he'll tell you you are quite the rack or you are built like a brick shit house or many other wild absurdities. You just got this job, it's pay is excellent so you just let them get away with talking to you like that. Then maybe a month, two, three down the line you notice that one of the guys you got transferred in with is spending a whole lot of time sitting around in the office, going to the coffee machine giggling and laughing with the boss and then all of a sudden he gets a non posted promotion to a high paying fluff job. Then you hear he's been having the boss over his house because they both share an interest in a hobby. You figure that must be some hobby...or the guy opted to play for pay.

Now just how would you feel about that? How do you think people who've worked there longer would feel about that? How do you think that'd play towards your hard earned work ethic and the supposed benefit of being reward based on that? Could you honestly believe anymore that all things supposedly being equal that working your hardest you'd earn your just reward? What after years you just get tired of it and complain...do you really think others are going to risk their jobs substantiating your claims?..or are they going to back up the bosses account of what's happening?

You see women want to lay all the blame on the men. Tell me have you honestly ever heard of another women coming out in public and blaming another women for being participating in actions at work that encourage men to exploit women sexually? I haven't. Never. Not once. The closest I've ever seen was when Gretchen Carlson said, "I knew it was wrong to engage in the play for pay environment at Fox News" after she filed a sexual harassment complaint when they tried to put her out to pasture. She never apologized to the women who didn't engage she was just upset that what she once did to other women some younger more vibrant women was now doing to her...cheating their way to the top. Every woman knows who these women are, they know they are a dime a dozen coming through the door, sexual harassment doesn't stop unless you go after all those who participate in it, she should have never been rewarded twenty million dollars...and her supposed brave actions bringing it forward? ..doesn't help one bit, it just drives it deeper underground. So in my opinion unless they start going after them all these #METOO women have no right to
exclusively complain about men because it takes two to tangle. If there wasn't anyone there willing to play the game this crap would stop.
