You video was a bit more complicated as it tended to speak to a specific proportional aspects of the much over all wider debate of an issue(s). I do think, before I forget and as someone who was thrown into the battleground as I just had happened to ripen (age wise) into the workforce as the push by feminist to integrate into men's dominated fields, you have overlooked the fact that the objective to diversify the workforce has been achieved, what the push tends to be now is loosening up the reigns of male dominance in the upper echelons of the corporate powers or those positions which still predominately are held by men. It would be akin to them making it three quarters of the way up the mountain unable to break through the final barrier. For those of us who have been left tattered, tarred and bruised from something you so nonchalantly label as starting out as something simple it's no wonder you find yourself coming under attack, then to wisp out that whatever the way you did... it's a wonder they left you still breathing. It was never simple, believe me. I guess it could have been a whole lot worse...like being born and coming of age to spend my life only being allowed to be barefoot and pregnant. I felt as though it sounded as conflating two separate issues. One being the power struggle women still face trying to make that final round to the mountain top with the push to/for acceptance/adaption of behaviors that no matter how reprehensible they are should be mainstreamed into society, with one way of achieving that is the push for a more kinder, gentler teaching through feminizing men or accepting that it's okay for men to be or show a more feminine side. Society doesn't allow for weakness, like they say, "only the strong survive", or "survival of fittest", only those with the ability to adapt then continue to surmount the difficulties will come out standing on top, it won't matter if you are a man or a woman but it will matter if your are a man or woman exerting/expelling your energies doubting your masculinity or femininity.
