You are so reprehensible when it comes to writing articles without looking at all the information available on a case. Your ability to cut corners and use children to turn a profit is just as bad as the things these parents do to their children. Just as there is no doubt what so ever if they'd kept this baby in foster care because the dad was on parole for cutting trees down in a forest you'd been down one side of CPS then the other side. If you read up on the case you'd found the CPS director was cleared of any wrong doing and that there was no lack of concern on CPS part concerning the whereabouts of the baby. CPS can only keep a child as long as the parents are not complying with the reasons taken. Unfortunately for this baby being on parole isn't a viable reason to keep a child in custody unless that parole has something to do with abuse of a child, his being on parole and having to do drug drops is why he was so easily able to get his child back and then it was on temporary terms, meaning if he failed to show up for court hearings, doctors appointments for the child and meet home scheduled visits by CPS he'd lose custody again. The temporary terms is what led to the kidnapping charges being included in the many charges against them. CPS immediately began looking for the couple and the child, including notifying law enforcement who spent weeks trying to track them down including one time chasing them on the property where they escaped into the woods using a recreational vehicle on May 20th. Chances are even if this father hadn't already been forced to clean up his act or the baby hadn't tested positive for illicit drugs the outcome would have remained the same as relatives came forward to say when they heard the mother was pregnant they knew it was going to turn out bad for the baby, probably explains why she had a child so late in life, she wasn't cut out for it, that doesn't say much about her considering they said at one time before this couple got into drugs they were just ordinary folks, ordinary folks with an underlying evil streak in the mother. Though people are blaming them for not coming forward for what they claim was for being in fear of the couple that alone wouldn't have been enough to take the child. As far as the amber alert issue it wouldn't take a genius to figure out how useless an endeavor that would have been, nobody took that child, the writing was on the wall, the answer laid with the parents, you don't run from law enforcement unless you have something to hide.
