Ohio: Parents: 12,333 cases of abuse, neglect, Foster Parents 70, at the bottom of the grafts they give totals for every state after it's been listed separately, so for the state of Ohio if there were 12,333 cases of neglect by parents then those children obviously were removed whereas 70 of them became victims of a foster parent.
