I meant to get back to you a few days ago but dreaded going back months to find the data I supplied to someone else on this site several months ago. Then I decided to see if they had more current data available and finally came upon the latest data provided and it's stunning to say the least. You'll find when it comes to abuse and neglect, though none of it's acceptable, foster homes and even institutional homes are by far the least of kids fears. Parents outpace foster abuse, neglect, deaths by the thousands.
