Maybe this Baakt exchange will have something to do with FB Global Coin release as he said it will be used to draw more traditional financial institutions and that new products will be coming into the market. The only news I've seen about a new product coming to market that has been working with traditional financial institutions is Mark Zuckerburg and his global coin initiative and you well know he isn't going to putting that much at risk on a exchange or market he feels can be manipulated. This is slanted for a July-Aug roll out date which also fits into what this guy stated.
