Hi Friends!

We all observed an International Women's Day on the 8th of this month. As this was a day for women, a month for women, I was wandering in my thoughts to what to do special. I came up with the idea why I don't send a letter to my friend artbeat@artbeat.
A day for woman can be celebrated with a woman. So, I decided to write up a letter and gave her some sort of gift.

My mind was wandering in various directions. How I can write a letter? What should be special in it? The idea came in my mind to do some classic work. Here's the classical look of letter:

alt

Now, the question arises how I made this. For this, I will tell you in detail:

Material Required

i. A4 white paper.
ii. Coffee.
iii. Matchstick.
iv. Marker.
v. Brush.
vi. Ribbon.
Procedure

First of all, I took an A4 size white page.

alt

Now, I started to torn out the edges of the paper by using hands to give an irregular pattern.

My letter should give a look of some ancient times, old ages. For this. I took a coffee mix it in a water.

alt

alt

After mixing it, I started to paint this mixture on my page with the help of brush.

alt

alt

I covered the whole page with this mixture. Then. I placed it in front of my window where the rays of sunlight was reaching in my room. So, that it dried up.

alt

As the front page became dry, I repeated the same process on the back side of the page. After drying that side too, I took the matchstick and burnt the sides. By doing this it gives a very classy look. Have a look:

Now, the question arises what i should write on it for artbeat@artbeat that soothes her personality. For that I chose up a verse of poetry in urdu, in my native language. I took up a black marker and started to write on it:

When I was in 9th class, I took the classes of urdu writing by my teacher. That's why, my writing is good enough. I completed my verse of poetry which says:

These verses of urdu says that whoever meet artbeat@artbeat in his/her life always remembers her. She possessed such a generous, down to earth nature. She is perfect in doing everything. Every girl wants to be like her. For her praise, I wrote these verses that these type of women is less in number who empower others.

After finishing writing, I folded the letter, tied up by using purple colour ribbon.

alt

alt

My letter was finished. To present some sort of gift with the letter is now left. What should I made? I was thinking to present something on which her account name should be crafted. For this, a wonderful idea flashed up in my mind. To frame her name on the picture:
