Indeed indegenous knowledge is a the knowledge peculiar to a particular set of individuals. Most times, it is passed-on to the next generation through folktale (I can remember my grandma's stories 😊). It is necessary that it should be passed-on to the next generation inorder to preserve the cultural heritage.
