Well, that was quick.

Alright, so you found out (or maybe you don't know), I am now the owner of an upvote bot. It's not a bid-bot but a delegation bot. You delegate, you get a daily vote depending on the size of your delegation and how many others posted that day.

It's not a big deal but I was not planning on revealing I am behind this venture. I really enjoy the relationships and FRIENDS I've made here and I don't want anyone to think I am trying to shill some dumb bot, even if I am! :)

Kudos to @senstless for sleuthing this out with our master-spy, @dfinney today on discord. I took great care to try and keep the two accounts seperate. I was happy to try and grow the delegators to @thejollyroger without saying, "Hey, I'm @summertooh and I have an upvote bot!" But I failed to communicate that to the dude that built the bot and now, not only is my name on this post, a picture of me from five years ago is too! :(

Anyhow, I'll shill it once here, and then I won't post about it again. It's a delegation upvote bt so if you delegate to it you get a daily upvote. If you post twice a day you do get a second upvote but the bot uses an algorithm to make sure you don't game it so your second vote will be considerably less.

The cool dude over at @learnelectronics is the mind behind the bot. He also runs the @artturtle account which explains the MATH of the bot in this post.

A few of you fine folks have already delegated and will be getting upvotes on your posts from here on out, just remember to use one of these tags **or let me know what tags you want to be included. The bot upvotes by checking if you have delegated, then it follows you and then when you post, it checks for these tags before upvoting you.

One thing I really like about this bot is you only need to delegate 20SP to get in on the fun. Obviously, if you delegate more your vote % will be bigger but for those that just need a daily upvote to keep them going (me), 20SP is manageable.
