Since the implementation of HF 21, I have noticed some changes in patterns including increased vote counts on certain content creators.
These observations are purely anecdotal:
- Seems like more people are casting tiny votes to grab a piece of the curation prize
- people who earned above the 20 Steem line before the hardfork have increased their following
