I'm sorry if that came across to you as terrible. I'll give you a few examples.
Here the news media reports rioting, burning and looting of stores as "peaceful protests". (Freedom of the press to lie to us )
We have more people locked in prisons and jails in the US than all other countries combined. A good portion of those criminals are there for minor drug charges or nonviolent crimes. Prisons that are run by private companies for profit I might add and the states guarantee the prison companies they'll have 90 to 93% occupancy because they get paid by the prisoner.
We have freedom of speech but it is been diminished to the point that on universities and colleges you can be expelled from school or arrested if you dare speak "free speech" outside of the free speech zones. Those zones are so small you couldn't fit a domino table and two chairs in it.
We are over taxed and then licensed, permitted, and user fee'd to get even more of our earnings.
Our constitutional government hasn't been in existence for over 100 years it is all been an illusion perpetrated on the people and the world. The constitution was replaced by the United States Code in 1926 and the government has gotten bigger and powerful passing more codes and eroding our rights and freedom since then.
We've got state governors who set limits on how many people could eat dinner in their own homes at one time just this past week. To boot they even encouraged neighbors to report their neighbors who seemed to have to many cars or people at their homes so the police could come and arrest the home owners.
I've known people that have immigrated legally here from communist countries and after a few years left to return back to their home saying that where they were from was more free than the USA. They would rather go back and be with family than stay here and pretend to be free.
I love the United States as it was founded and I will continue to fight to return it to the constitutional republic it once was. I don't like what it has become and the road it is on.
We are a country in conflict for sure but most people are oblivious to the reasons,
Take care,
Sult
