The smoked turkey is excellent, mine arrived today. The beef brisket is real good too. Those are the only two items I buy from NBSH and have shipped. When I am in town I have had the pulled pork in their restaurant but I can't swear to how good it would be shipped. Fresh in the store it was good.
I send my old friend in New York the Texas summer package with ribs, brisket, and sausage and he said it was all the best BBQ he'd ever eaten, of course it would be since he lives in New York.
