It would not surprise me one bit that there is information concerning these types of encounters and implants having taken place already and now the governments are going to use similar styled implants to control us even more by use of such devices.
I think you are absolutely correct in your reply to Buzz that we aren't the smartest to have ever walked this earth and the technology we are "discovering" today is quite old but only new to us. Those chariots of fire from biblical days were most likely flying aircraft well advanced for the day and most likely for our day today.
