I don't know the answer to your question; but that medicine has been around for at least 20 years because I can remember holding our oldest boy when he was in diapers giving him those breathing treatments for asthma.
But this doc has credentials in Texas and should be listened to by at least our governor but apparently he isn't being listened too. I am glad he got on that program and was able to tell his story.
