Thank you so much for that link. I hadn't seen this guy before and he really confirmed a lot of what I had learned over the last 8 to 10 years. He mentioned we are under international law and that Army / Navy Manual I referred to in my post says the exact same thing. I can't wait to investigate him further. I suggest that anyone who sees this thread watch this video; it is eye opening on several levels.
