Yes, I can see how such things take place in the corporate world and society(politics) the Bush and Kennedy families are couple that come to mind really quick. We even have some younger Bush kin getting their feet wet here in Texas politics to be advanced up the ladder to national offices in the near future.
Fortunately, I've never worked for directly for big corporations so I haven't experienced what you have first hand.
