I really don't know her reasoning on the tipping and it would probably scare me more if I knew it.

I think there are only certain places places she does it at where she goes frequently and half way knows the folks who are friendly with the customers.

Yes, I like toying with people on certain things and that would be one those. But with the virus thing going on right now I'm just happy they are open so I won't make a fuss right now. Later it might be time too if they elect to continue past this situation.
