Yes, the store workers (Mexicans) bring tacos for their breakfast and because they somewhat know me they offered me one. So it wasn't the management doing some promotion or a regular thing the store does for customers, it was more a "right place, right time" that day for me.
My wife tips drive thru workers and it really pisses me off sometimes, especially when she does and then gets home and realizes they screwed up her order. To which my smart ass just has to say, "guess you didn't tip them enough". Then its "on" from there....
I agree with it being ridiculous on the "no cash" policy and if they refuse "legal tender" you should get it for free, but at drive thru's you always have to pay before they hand over the goods so you can't just drive off with the stuff.
Law says you can't require payment in a certain form or species. But even the government doesn't follow their own laws so why should anyone else.
