You use that word anytime you need too. I may have invented it but it is fair game for all to use. We are starting on week four right now and it will be at least until the end of April before they will make a decision here.
No telling what will survive as far the businesses go, but one thing I think will take a big hit as leases of office space expire, is office space rental.
Companies are finding out their people can work from home and be productive. I look for many to downsize to smaller spaces and have more people work just like they are doing now.
