Yes, I'd say the GS guy has all he wants already and is trying to get people to jump in now, driving the price up. At which time he will unload about half of his to recoup all of his investment. Must be nice to be able to "steer" the markets and then to be able to capitalize on it.... of course bankers have been doing that forever and people never seem to catch on.
