저는 평소에 그림그리고 색칠하는 걸 굉장히 좋아해서 컬러링북을 자주 해요.
아무 생각없이 색칠에 집중하면 다른 잡생각은 정말 안들더라구요!
티비를 보거나 노래를 들으면 색칠하면 시간도 금방 가요.ㅎㅎ
오늘은 제가 비밀의 정원을 채색한 작품을 올릴게요! 다음에는 채색하는 과정을 올릴까 해요.ㅎㅎ

I do like drawings and paintings, so I frequently colour a Coloring Book.
It makes me comfortable and relax when painting a Coloring Book.
I think it helps to get rid of stress - that's why the book is called 'Anti-stress'.
