Hello Steemians..... Today I am going to write this blog about Light Emitting Diode..... Now a days, we all are familiar with LED. We are using LED bulbs,LED TV screen etc but we don't what is happening behind the scene.
LED emits light in response to a sufficient forward current. The material used for manufacturing LEDs r gallium arsenide, gallium phosphide, and gallium arsenide phosphide. The colour of light emitted depends upon type and amount of impurity added. Red, green and yellow LEDs are commonly available....
