Let's use this depth, I decided, nice and quiet, cool and good for measured reflection. I have read your replies. Happy you had a sugar rush. Mind those void calories! Mother dearest remains stern to all boys absorbed by their toys.
In reference to your silver lining , it may be useful to note - for future reference - I play a fairer game. All clues are provided in any cryptic references. Only, granted not always so easily to hand - so how fair is that, arguably? Life is not meant to be a constant chess game, I reprimand myself! I am however fully patient to hand as many further hints as are required. After all, in my cave at least, the depths are becoming dizzying. Above all any sleep loss makes for a good learning moment. I learn to simply ask, and not be punishing on myself to think I must know everything or else....(what?). (Yes, fathers are to blame, but there is no point blaming.)
Don't know why you mention flying: perhaps I would soon enough assume you might also have done that? But so you won't be crossing the channel on a hoverjet then?
I am on the verge of over-estimating you, which never does, but who goes reading my stuff and has something intelligent to come back with?! Your own fault.
However, I was rapped on the fingers before going to bed last night. Which has had other knock on effects. Transmitting, receiving.... (No, not fair, you are missing a link because the post is not yet up and 11.11 can't mean a thing to you, yet). And it made some room for some writing I had done in 2003....not fair again, yet to be revealed.
Let's be fair. On the following accounts.
I was under a mistaken idea. Mixing the Cactus and the Mill and the riverboat up with the G-projects. I thought you were a camera man. But I probably had also picked up along the way you were the soundman on G1, so when I rediscovered it, it made perfect sense. I did NOT know you had made a record. But I could have guessed, possibly, because of those photos with the guitars, that I only now really register. Maybe I would not have deduced that you had made a record, but you clearly are more just than a bit "into" music. Needless to say I'll have to hear it some day. Even if I suspect it's going to match the mask more than the soul I've come to know. Personal preference is not an issue.
And so I have a huge box of smashed up (clay) fragments to sort through, without a super computer to aide me.
Now, to address the cause of the proverbial sleep-loss is not so easy. I wouldn't want to step on any toes. How can I phrase this delicately? Let me first assure you I am just very very curious.
May I presume that you, also, are not expecting the end result of G2 to be eligible for a Golden Calf Award? I do not doubt you have an objective view on the work as much as a subjective (sweet shop) side. And yet, I must have been doubting something, which has to bear some relevance to something more concretely of relevance to me. Curiously, our dear Persian friend now also wonders who IS the man in the mask?
I reassured him that our cares are genuine. I hope he doesn't think we are a Bonnie and Clyde scam team!
