We all love to dance, but who decides the songs to which we dance?
If life, there are different tunes played at different times and we all just dance to it. There are directors and then there are followers. Directors are those who create or play the tine while followers are those who dance to them.
If you are a director, you know what tune you want to play. It's a good day, you will play a nice and melodious tune while if it's a bad day, you will play a dull and sad song. The followers will have no option but to follow what you play.
This analogy is applicable to our lives very well. Some of us play tunes while others dance to them.

While there is no harm in being a tune follower, but once a tune follower will always be a tune follower. It restricts us, or capability of thinking and coming up with new ideas. Some of us might be genious but just the trend of being a follower might be inhibiting us from coming out with our genious ideas.
There are only some directors everywhere and that's how the world is governed. But we can't deny the fact that, inside, we all want to become a director one day. No body is born with an aim of being a follower. Being a director doesn't only require intelligence and power but also a lot of courage and boldness. If you have that, no one can stop you from playing that role.
Irrespective of whether you are a director a follower, be good at what you are because that is what matters the most.
