Really appreciate your writing on this topic :) @chbartist Yes I think for too long now every society in the world is just so unhappy with their sucesses simply because they've compared it with others.

This is so true @chbartist Just a while ago I was thinking about how am I going to achieve the goals I've set for myself in 2019. Now it all makes sense that it's about focusing on the process and doing

It's really good to have come across this post as I was having a tough week. Yes, it's all attributed to overthinking. It's a good thing to just step back and notice that sometimes we're just overthinking

I agree with the part on doing nothing. For me it's the only way to re-create moments for me to feel the aliveness of life. Thank you for sharing this! @sauravrungta I also had a hard time getting up for

Self reflection keeps me going. It's my checkpoint to see how I've been, where I'm at and how I'm going to get to my goals. Sometimes I'd just stay in the present moment and that's also enough for me.

Totally agree on being the better version on ourselves every single day. Sometimes I do it every moment. It keeps me on track. I'll catch myself when I slip up and it has made me realise the importance

The reason I joined Steemit was because I got sick of the toxicity and the negative patterns of posts on the mainstream social media. Your posts have put faith in my belief that there is a strong network

Accepting that everything is fleeting has helped me in these couple of years. Inevitable situations usually make me angry and I dread every moment of it, even moments getting to it. I realised it had ruined

One of the best advice I ever got from a friend on making decision is this: "Make a decision and make it right." In essence, there are no wrong or right decisions. We can be 'making the right

Taking risks is what makes up for a more exciting life. And ever since I got into trading, I've learnt to discover my risk appetite. And I don't react to life anymore, it's just more of being aware that

This is a good post to remind myself that I started on Steemit for personal reasons. And this is a long-term goal for me :) Thank you for this great reminder @chbartist

I'm not giving up on Steem as well. Especially this community right here on Steemit. I've been seeing really good quality content and I know the way the system here works is the future of social media

I totally agree on spending energy wisely. I've been doing in for 2-3 years now and it really helped me calm down. For me it's about selecting what's good for me and what's not. Just like eating, we will

Totally true. We all love to plan and think that it will be better when we plan. But there are so many possibilities in life and we don't know all of them. So how can we say that a planned life is a good

Totally agree with you on being open-minded @audreybits. I guess the biggest take-out for me is getting more out of life. It's not always easy for me as I tend to be selective when it comes to relationships.

It's always a good reminder to keep afloat and just reach for the stars. Thank you for sharing this article and your POV @chbartist

Sometimes the best way to experience any situation is to not give it a label. No expectations, no regrets, no anger, no disappointments. I find myself not expecting anything after a while because then

Love this article. So much wisdom in your words @socram95

Great post @kyngsli. I had some matter I had to solve yesterday and it's really true that it all begins with us - how we feel, how we decide to act upon stuff and how we decide to respond to any situation

Love the visual @inspirewithwords. So much fun in that potion :)
