Welcome to Hive community. At the moment you can't access your wallet in https://hive.blog/ frontend but you can access your wallet through the alternative frontend https://peakd.com using the same username and the keys you used on hive.blog.

I don't have any experience about using the exchanges for buying hive. I am sure someone with experience will help you shortly.
