Connor Blenkinsop reports in coindesk about Hybrix - a young dutch blockchain start-up claims its open-source blockchain protocol that can transfer value to easily be transported between distributed ledgers — that could make centralized exchanges obsolete. This is achieved through the Hybrix token which is borderless and not restricted to any single distributed ledger.

Currently, Hybrix includes 32 blockchains and 387 tokens that include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Zcash.

Hybrix is an open-source project that allows anyone to add their blockchain and coin to the protocol which means any tech saavy Hiveans can create a funding proposal on Hive, if approved, add Hive to Hybrix.
