The crazy thing about the title 'ADJUST. ADJUSTING. ADJUSTMENT.' The first & the third things have already been done. It's the middle that keeps happening for how ever long it takes.
You adjusted when it happened & knew that you had to go on. You have already made adjustment when you excepted what has happened. The adjusting continues as you go on and make the necessary changes in your life, home, & world. This of course will take time.

I know from experience that as sure as it is good to see everyone, you just want some time to yourself. So you're not wrong for feeling that way. I'm sure that since that day came & went, you have been overwhelmed with visitors & had very little time to just be by yourself.

So take the time you need & stay strong & be alone. It's not a bad thing at all.
